On July 18, 2012, Kenneth C. Johnston presented a speech on Bank Overdraft Fee Litigation and Regulatory Developments.  The presentation focused on lessons learned from recent litigation and class action settlements, as well as on regulatory trends affecting overdraft fees such as initiatives by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.  Mr. Johnston, a Director of the Firm, focuses his practice on financial services litigation.
