Kane Russell Coleman Logan Advises on $57 Million Sale of Architect and Autonomous to GSR

Architech US supports Architech’s advisory services in the United States, particularly in connection with token launches and tailored liquidity strategies.

KRCL Director Ryan Ricke represented Architech US and Matt Solomon, who were parties to the transaction, and also served as co-counsel to CMS, which acted as legal advisers to the broader seller group. GSR acquisition of Architech, Autonomous, and Architech US marks a significant milestone for all organizations and their founding teams.
