Kane Russell Coleman Logan Recognized in 2025 Chambers USA Guide- Eight KRCL Attorneys Also Recognized by Chambers
Kane Russell Coleman Logan has been recognized in the prestigious Chambers USA guide, highlighting the nation’s top law firms and attorneys for the 16th consecutive year. This year, Chambers recognized three practice areas and eight individual attorneys from the firm.
The firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights practice was once again ranked. The guide noted the firm’s strong creditors’ committee practice across the USA and the group’s particular strength in pre-bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts. The guide also reports, “Kane Russell Coleman Logan is excellent when handling complex matters and breaks down the issues into layman’s terms.”
Joseph Coleman, a co-founder of the firm and co-chair of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights section, received an individual ranking in Bankruptcy/Restructuring for the 16th consecutive year. The guide noted that “Joe is a true partner to our firm. We value his knowledge and responsiveness.”
Mark Taylor, a director in the Austin office, has been consistently ranked since 2019 and also received an individual ranking in Bankruptcy/Restructuring. Joining him in this practice area ranking for the first time are Jason Binford and John Kane. The guide highlighted their individual strengths, noting that “Jason Binford is an excellent lawyer, particularly with the bankruptcy rules and complex matters,” and “John Kane is a tremendous lawyer.”
The Labor & Employment group has been recognized for the fifth consecutive year for its strong capabilities in employment compliance and litigation, breach of contract, and wage and hour discrimination claims. The guide also highlighted that “The team’s commercial awareness is excellent, with a pragmatic approach built into its legal counseling.”
Dennis Duffy is individually ranked for his Labor & Employment practice for the 14th consecutive year. He is a highly regarded litigator with extensive experience in a broad range of employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation claims, and frequently assists clients with internal investigations. Clients complimented Dennis for being “a very knowledgeable, reliable and responsive partner.”
Chambers has also recognized the firm’s Real Estate practice for its proven track record in representing developers and investors in a broad range of real estate transactions in various sectors, including multifamily, retail, and hospitality.
