KRCL Announces Brian Clark and Roland Hamilton Elected to Board of Directors; Clark Named Board Chair

Kane Russell Coleman Logan (“KRCL”) announces the election of Brian Clark and Roland Hamilton to the Board of Directors, succeeding Andrew Sarne and Raymond Kane, with Clark also assuming the role of Board Chair.

Kane, who is stepping down as Chair of the Board after years of dedicated leadership, welcomed the transition and expressed confidence in the firm’s continued momentum under its emerging leadership.

Kane also reflected on passing the Board Chair role to Clark, highlighting the strength and stability of the firm’s leadership team.

Clark also expressed appreciation for the leadership and service of Kane and Sarne.

Clark is a director in KRCL’s Dallas office, representing financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in a broad range of business matters in and out of court. He has prosecuted and defended cases in state and federal courts across Texas and other jurisdictions. His experience includes disputes involving contracts, employment issues, fiduciary duties, real estate, oil and gas and closely held business ownership.

Hamilton practices in KRCL’s Houston office, where he has also served as Managing Director for the past four years. He is a seasoned and respected litigator who represents clients in matters on file in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions as well as in arbitration proceedings. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial disputes and catastrophic personal injury matters involving multiple industries, including transportation, oil and gas and construction.
