Real Estate and Finance Attorney Margaret Jordan Promoted to Shareholder at Kane Russell Coleman Logan

Kane Russell Coleman Logan, a Texas-based transactional and litigation law firm, announced today that Margaret Jordan has been promoted to Shareholder. Margaret was previously a Director in the firm’s Dallas office. She represents clients in real estate, commercial lending, finance, workouts, construction and real estate development relating to all types of real estate assets.

As an experienced transactional attorney, Margaret Jordan has advised clients on real estate, business and lending matters for more than 25 years. This extensive experience and her reputation for adept counsel have grown her client roster to include major national retailers, including Starbucks Corporation. Her hard work and excellent representation of clients have earned her recognition both nationally and locally. In 2018, Margaret was named to the list of “Best Lawyers in Dallas” in real estate by D Magazine. Margaret earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia and clerked for a federal district judge for the Northern District of Alabama. She is admitted to practice law in Texas and Alabama. She is also a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as a member of the ICSC Law Conference Planning Committee.
