The Firm has strategic alliances with law firms throughout the world. The Firm is one of two Texas-based members of the Law Firm Alliance. The Law Firm Alliance is an alliance of 50 firms throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the European Union. Membership in the Law Firm Alliance is very selective and highly competitive. The Law Firm Alliance members are typically the most outstanding law firms with 50 or fewer lawyers in a city. The Firm's participation in the Law Firm Alliance offers clients access to a broad range of legal representation in different venues. The Law Firm Alliance is not a partnership. Each law firm member is a separate entity that performs its own work independently and is solely responsible for its work. No member of the Law Firm Alliance accepts legal responsibility for another firm's legal work.
