Tiffany Kahler is a commercial litigator representing businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes across state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

Licensed in Texas and Nevada, Tiffany focuses on sophisticated business disputes, including fiduciary and fraud claims, contract and partnership disputes, and other business torts, such as statutory and tort-based claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and defamation. Her practice encompasses intellectual property and unfair competition matters, including trade secrets, trademark and copyright issues, and Lanham Act claims.

Tiffany separately maintains a robust employment litigation practice, regularly representing employers and businesses in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour issues, restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, and other workplace-related claims.

Her experience spans a broad range of industries, and she is trusted to handle complex, high-exposure matters where legal, financial, operational, and reputational interests intersect in these types of disputes.

Tiffany has jury trial experience and manages all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and strategic counseling through discovery, motion practice, administrative hearings, arbitration, and appeals. She brings a trial lawyer's perspective to every matter, assisting clients in evaluating risk, developing practical solutions, and positioning cases for favorable resolution. Known for her critical and business-minded approach, Tiffany works closely with clients to align litigation strategies with broader operational, financial, and long-term business objectives.

In addition to her litigation practice, Tiffany serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating sensitive disputes, internal business conflicts, regulatory proceedings, and quickly evolving legal challenges. Away from the Office

As a proud mother of four and dog mom to two, Tiffany values family above all else. Together, she and her family are passionate about serving their community and creating positive change.
